21 Day Challenge To Live More Mindfully

Are you looking to live with more intention? To live more mindfully? To carve out time for you? To relax and decease stress in your life? To improve your exercise and nutrition routine? Then this 21 day challenge is for you!

What this program entails:
1. 21 days of journaling and tracking your daily meditation, nutrition, exercise, gratitude and space for daily free writing. A journal will be provided for you at the time of Sign Up.
2. A day by day class to help you learn how to use mindful journaling to keep you on track to living a more mindful and positive life.

3. Print outs for daily journaling or a created journal upon request. To receive your journal, please email: [email protected] to request it to be mailed.

This program will begin when you are ready to begin.The 21 days consist of journaling Monday through Friday each week, taking the weekends off. However, if you would like to journal through the weekends, you will finish the challenge earlier.

Molly Schreiber began her journey with yoga nine years ago after becoming a young widow and single mother to three young children. Yoga became a place for her to grieve and grow into her new normal of her life today. This path led her to pursue her RYT 200 certification in 2013. As a former elementary education teacher and mother, Molly continues to educate children through regular year-round yoga classes, in the classroom setting and through the therapeutic classroom setting. With yoga as her muse, Molly joyfully shares the practice with an attentive audience: children in and around the Dubuque area.



Molly decided to continue on her love and knowledge of the practice through developing a curriculum for kids yoga. To partner with her curriculum, Molly has also authored the children's book, Sadie Loves Yoga and developed Challenge to Change, Inc. Kids Yoga Deck which has recently been featured in Buddha Box.

Molly has continued her love of educating through creating two teacher classes, Yoga For Teachers: How to use yoga and meditation in the classroom and Advanced Yoga For Teachers: How to deepen the practice of yoga and meditation in your classroom. Through these courses Molly coaches teachers to use yoga and meditation practices as a way to help students self regulate their emotions and deal with stressful situation.
