Teaching Yoga to Toddlers & Children [30 Hrs]

Explore the fundamentals of teaching yoga and mindfulness to toddlers and children through the seven parts of practice, with a focus on self-regulation and social-emotional learning. Learn creative ways to engage these age groups in the practice with an inclusive approach.
