Our High School Curriculum is a comprehensive, movement-based program that blends yoga, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence into a powerful tool for preventive wellness and lifelong well-being. Structured into four in-depth units, this program is designed to support teen brain health, reduce stress, and build self-awareness—helping students thrive both academically and emotionally.
Curriculum Structure:
The program includes 4 themed units, each with multiple full-length lessons:

Establishes core practices and classroom safety while introducing mindfulness, intention-setting, and the Five Parts of Practice.
đŸ”¹ Unit 2: The Mind-Body Connection
Explores how thoughts, emotions, and movement are connected—enhancing confidence, self-talk, and body awareness.
đŸ”¹ Unit 3: Working With Emotions
Equips students with tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional intensity using breathwork, grounding, and reflective practices.
đŸ”¹ Unit 4: Personal Power & Inner Strength
Develops resilience, leadership, and gratitude while fostering connection and present-moment awareness.
