Teaching Yoga to Adolescents & Teens [30 Hrs]
Explore creative and engaging strategies to teaching yoga and mindfulness to adolescents and teens. Expand on the seven parts of practice with an emphasis on emotional-regulation, social-emotional growth, personal & well-being empowerment and community building.
Becoming a Change-Maker [15 Hrs]
Step out of your comfort zone with tips and strategies that will support you in creating your own yoga business. This module will empower you to implement programming into the studio setting, schools, your community and beyond!
