Yoga + Mindfulness Lesson Plans combine yoga, mindfulness exercises and storytelling. These lessons are designed to help your students connect their minds, bodies, and hearts and teach valuable social-emotional skills.

Overview
Inspired by the heartwarming book, Have You Filled a Bucket Today?, you’ll encourage positive behavior such as daily kindness, appreciation, and love. Help children grasp concepts such as ‘bucket filling’ and ‘dipping’ as a way of understanding the effects of our actions and words on the well-being of others and ourselves.
